Information we collect

Smoki does not collect or store personal or sensitive data on our own servers. Your streak, slip history, habits, and reward progress are stored locally on your device using an app group container, so they stay available to the app and its widgets without being transmitted anywhere.

The App integrates with one third-party service, used only to manage subscriptions:

Device permissions

Smoki may request permission to send you local notifications — for example, to let you know when a new reward has unlocked. No other device permissions (camera, location, contacts, health data) are requested or used.

How data is used

Smoki does not run advertising, analytics, or crash-reporting SDKs. The only data leaving your device is what's required for RevenueCat to validate and manage your subscription status with Apple — no personal profile is built from it, and nothing is used for advertising.

Data sharing

We do not sell your data. We share only what's needed with:

• RevenueCat — to process and manage your subscription, tied to your App Store account.

We do not share your streak history, slip records, or habit data with any party outside of this integration.

Data storage and security

Your tracking data — quit date, slips, habits, and unlocked rewards — remains on your device at all times. It is not uploaded to any server we control. Subscription status communicated to RevenueCat is encrypted in transit.

Children's privacy

Smoki is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13. Because we don't operate a server-side database, we have no mechanism to collect such data in the first place.
